Or maybe, like, I built up my tolerance and then too long past, or don't know what happened. I don't think that's how that works. You build up your tolerance and too long passes or oh you're saying I don't really understand. Well it's a it's a histamine. So I don't know. I don't know if you can like I, I would think allergy-wise, you know, like, if you take
