A school superintendent is fired in Virginia after a six-year-old shot his teacher.

The administrator downplayed the report from the teacher and the possibility of a gun.

Teacher says there were several warnings in the hours leading up to that gun shot.

The US said it wasn't sending tanks to Ukraine that changed in less than a week.

I would call this weapons creep.

A year into this war, NATO countries are taking a big new step.

And prosecutors say these nurses got their diplomas.

They just didn't finish nursing school.

A standard for safe nursing care, that can't be purchased.

It can really only be learned.

Of course, there were few in California.

There was also a man who opened fire on a circle K in Gacama, Washington,

killing three people than himself.

And in each of these, the question is, could these have been prevented?

We did not have a situation where someone was going around the school shooting.
