book out on Historical Adam.

So you, Josh Swamidas and Andrew Locke had a chance to get together and talk about your

perspectives in your views on Historical Adam at the American Academy of Religion in Denver.

I know that people are saying, oh, I'd like to have been a fly on the wall for that.

This was a session on new work on the question of the Historical Adam.

It is remarkable that there has appeared at least three new major studies on the question

of the Historical Adam in recent years.

And each of us offers a different model for how to understand the Historical Adam and

Eve.

Now the first of these books was the Genealogical Adam and Eve published by Joshua Swamidas,

who is an information biologist at Washington University in St. Louis.

And Josh distinguishes, importantly, between the genealogical Adam and Eve and the genetic

Adam and Eve.
