He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire.” Salvation is a process Philippians 2:12 “Therefore, my beloved, as you have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling;” Deliverance (the baptism of fire) is a natural part of the salvation process Deliverance is in 3 stages - Pre-deliverance, deliverance, post-deliverance Ephesians 6:12 “For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.” ‭‭ 1. Pre-deliverance - Identifying your enemy (Jeremiah 29:11 1 Peter 5:8 Matthew 9:32) 2. Deliverance - Confronting your enemy (Matthew 8:30 Malachi 3:2 2 Corinthians 6:2) Deliverance is to be set free from sin and it’s consequences. 3. Post-deliverance - Resisting your enemy (John 5:14 Matthew 12:43 Philippians 3:13) The hardest target to hit is a moving target. The strongest position of a Christian is on their knees.
