Let's look at the main dialogue.

Two people are having a conversation.

How crowded is it? When I go there, it's always crowded.

If it's crowded, we'll go somewhere else.

Could you call ahead?

In this conversation, this person is asking this person,

whether the place they're going to go will be crowded.

Instead of answering directly, the other person says,

if it's crowded, we'll go somewhere else.

By saying, if it's crowded, they are making clear

that what follows will only happen on the condition

that the place is crowded.

After that, they say, we'll go somewhere else. Will is a contraction of

we will, in which will means that go somewhere else is something that would happen in the future,
