Hey, I'm Teresa Caputo. You might know me as the Long Island medium.

Why do people call me that? Well, I talk to the dead.

My job is to help spirit communicate to their loved ones here in the physical world

that they are safe and at peace and that there is more to life than this.

This podcast gives me the opportunity to share my gift with more people than ever before

and to give all of you a better understanding of how I communicate with spirit.

You guys are probably tired of hearing me say. Things happen for a reason timing is everything,

but spirit always continues to blow me away with the way that they come through.

How they have me start off for reading and that emotional roller coaster that they bring us on.

Today was a little unique because I thought I was just reading one person today and I come

on the Zoom and there's three young girls having no idea what's going to happen.

And as I'm entering the other side realizing that they lost their mom.

Incredible on how she gave them the gift and this is the thing that I love about their

experience. Their mom gave them the permission to grieve and heal and to feel whatever it is.

Good, bad, and indifferent that it was okay. I give you permission to feel this way.

And I think that is something that we will all learn and take away from from this week's

episode of Hey Spirit that when we lose a loved one, the only thing that we have in common is

that we lost the same person. We're going to feel differently. We're going to heal differently

and we are most certainly going to grieve differently and have different emotions.
