0:15.1	As we enter the season of Thanksgiving and praise, Scott is walking us through this crescendo of praise, a study he is calling

0:56.1	Psalm 147, we walked through all 20 verses, and we made a list. It really wasn't our list. It was
1:01.1	God's list, but it was an overview of what God does in this world. His creative work, his
1:08.2	sustaining work, his providing work for man, the way he sends his word and ministers to the deepest needs of our lives.
1:16.7	So we've looked at a rather extensive list here of things that should prompt our praise.
1:23.2	And I hope you're making that practical.
1:25.6	This is not just something to study.
1:27.1	This is something to do. This is not just something to study. This is something to do.
1:29.3	This is not just something to read and say, well, that was nice.
1:31.7	This is something to say, let's make this a part of our life.
1:35.5	But I want to return to where we began in our study in the very first verse,
1:39.0	because the key that unlocks Psalm 147 is in the opening verse.
1:43.5	Listen to it again.
1:44.7	Praise you the Lord, for it is good to sing praises unto our God,
1:50.5	for it is pleasant, and praise is comely.
