Today I want to tell you about three podcasts that I have listened to and really enjoyed listening to while walking.

you can follow it. And every time there's a new episode, Apple will deliver it to your phone,

and there it is waiting for you. But you still have to find that podcast before you can even

follow it. There's the Listen Now feature of Apple,
