I'm Anthony Zerker in Washington, D.C.

and this is the three pillars of Trump. A new vision will govern our land.

From this day forward, it's going to be only America First.

America First. first. In President Trump's inauguration speech, he was very clear he was going to change the way America was going to be governed.

But one year on how has Trump changed the three pillars of American government?

Defense, diplomacy, and health care.

My administration is committed to fighting the drug epidemic

and helping get treatment for those in need,

for those who have been so terribly hurt.

In the final program of the series he did accomplish, shiftsifts in foreign policy, changes in US defense posture,

massive tax cuts for American business, and the churn and disruption of a presidency untethered

from the norms and traditions of the past.

As significant as those achievements, however, is the story of the president's health care efforts,

laws not passed, changes not made. Now I have to tell you, it's an unbelievably complex subject.

Nobody knew that health care could be so complicated.

Sarah Carlin Smith, a health reporter for Politico in Washington, told me what happened.
