You know, today's episode is a little different than most.

I was talking to a colleague of mine, Paul Moore, and we got talking about random things. He's an interesting character. So today's episode is going to be somewhat eclectic because we're touching on different things from human

trafficking to mentorship to whatever.

And one thing is interesting, I break real estate investing into two general

categories and that's passive obviously and active and you know I differentiate

the two active being hands-on more involved taking on a little more risk, hopefully getting a little more reward, but just being more actively involved in it and passive being an investment that you make that generates income and cash flow and it doesn't really

require any active involvement it doesn't mean you're not engaged there is

engagement but you more or less sit back and get the checks in the mail as they say.

But Paul broke the passive real estate investing model down into three subcategories if you will

and I don't want to steal a thunder we didn didn't talk about it for a long time, but enough to basically say,

look, there are different paths to take down the passive real estate investing road.

And so I am going to just let the conversation unfold

and we'll just see where it goes.
