So tonight we're going to be talking about Steel Division 2 from Eugent Systems, which I think long-time listeners of the show

know, tends to be, with some notable exceptions, one of our favorite RTS developers.

We talked a little bit about this game a few episodes back when we were discussing the role that settings play

and adapting existing game engines and designs and giving them sort of a new feel and a new flavor.

Today we're actually going to be talking about Steel Division II in a little more detail because

TJ and John have reviewed it. I've been

playing it pretty extensively. And I felt like we were all pretty aligned on this. And I think we've

been talking among ourselves a little bit as we played it. We played a few games together.

And then in the last day or so, as I was getting ready to record this podcast, it turns out that we are not the only people who played it.

And some friends of the show, Tim Stone over at RPS, and our friend Ian Boudreau over at Wargamer, also reviewed the game and came to some radically different conclusions,
