A lot of attention last year to the story of DeCarlos Brown Jr., murdering Irina Zerutska on the light rail in Charlotte, North Carolina.

unquote, with his trial following a mental health evaluation, according to a motion filed in court yesterday.

According to the motion, DeC Carlos Brown Jr. was evaluated December 29th at Central Regional Hospital,

and a subsequent report found that he was, quote, incapable to proceed. They're now asking his lawyers
