All right, Jim, on to our first good martini and back to the Supreme Court. We were just there last week when the lawyer for the ACLU struggled to define a woman and actually didn't even try

before Justice Samuel Lito.

But yesterday, the issue at the U.S. Supreme Court was gun control. There is a strict gun control law out in Hawaii that the court is considering. In fact, Hawaii through this law bans the carrying of handguns on private property that is open to the public, which means basically every business everywhere. You're not allowed to carry a gun unless you get express permission to do so.

Of course, the bad guys don't care about that.

But nonetheless, in terms of defending Hawaii's law, which Justice Jackson is certainly

interested in doing, she referred to something called the Black Codes.
