Today you'll hear our discussions about former National Counterterrorism Center Director Joe Kent, saying the FBI stopped him from investigating the Charlie Kirk assassination.

And Kent is now willing to testify in defense of Kirk's accused murderer.

But we begin with Joe Kent, aligning himself with the conspiracy crowd concerning Charlie Kirk's murder.

All right, Jim, on to a very troubling bad martini now.

And ever since Joe Kent exited as director of the National Counterterrorism

Center, the more we learned about this guy, the more frustrating it is that he was ever in that

job in the first place. And that was amplified by the fact that the first thing he did was

going, Tucker Carlson and Candace Owens. Candace Owens was number two. Let's keep that in my, yeah,

that's, you know, but he's also giving interviews now and suggesting that the government squelched investigation of the Charlie Kirk assassination. He gave an interview to Michael Schellenberger. He, of course, of the Twitter Files fame. He now has a site called Public, and here's what he writes. Joe Kent says the FBI did not properly investigate the

assassination last fall of Charlie Kirk, quote, the FBI was pretty forceful in saying we

couldn't investigate further. I saw no action being taken. Kent said that he knew he might be called

as a witness before he made his statements that a quote, foreign nexus, unquote, may have been involved in Kirk's assassination.

I was definitely warned of that over and over again, said Kent.
