walking for fitness since 2013 averaging just under 21,000 steps a day. In fact, I am walking

right now and would love to have you join me. Here in South Carolina, it is 65 degrees,

although I don't think this day has decided what it wants to be

yet when it grows up. So 65 usually feels mild to me but as you can tell it's also

windy and so that kind of pushes it from mild to coolish, again, for me. The forecast is for cloudy skies and maybe

even a little bit of rain later. But right now, I see mostly clear skies, no hint of rain. So I don't

think this day has decided yet how it wants to roll.

But it is a great morning for a walk.
