His lawyer asking the federal judge to rule quickly on throwing out the mayor's case

as President Trump and his administration want.

Three days till the deadline, just 85 days of the primary.

Despite the charges and running far behind in the polls,

the mayor insists he is running no matter what.

His challenger with the highest ratings,
