Pan Hai Tien is a graduate of School of Architecture, Singhua University, National Class

1 registered architect, and a science fiction fantasy writer. He has won five Galaxy Awards of

Chinese SF. His story, the legend of Yon Shi, was adapted into the ballet

drama, Yangxi, by the National Ballet of China. He is also the co-founder of Shui-Shō, Novoland,

a fantastic ancient Chinese setting crowd, world-building project. He worked as editor-in-chief

of Odyssey of China Fantasy from 2005 to 2010 and now teaches at

China Academy of Art.
