Good morning, mobs. This is Heidi St. John. I am in the book of Romans today in Romans

chapter 6, verse 14. I want to talk to you about three things that you might be carrying

around with you that you can lay down. That would be good for you to lay down.

Romans 6, 14 says, for sin shall not have dominion over you. For you are not under the law,

but under grace. You know, there are three burdens that I've been thinking about lately

in my own life that the Lord has been asking me to lay down. The first one is the burden

of being right. Did you know that it's a burden to have to be right all the time? Have

you ever been around somebody who can never admit that they're wrong? It is burdensome

for us to consider ourselves to be always right or never willing to say that we're wrong

and never willing to ask for forgiveness. Those are burdens we carry them around like

a ball and chain. The Bible says that we're not slaves to sin and that sin does not have

dominion over us. In other words, sin cannot make us, it's master because we are children

of the living God. So lay down your burden of being right. The next burden that you
