Jen and Jess have been killing it since they launched their podcast back in 2016,

which fun fact is also when I launched and they truly speak to some of the biggest names

in the beauty industry.

They even interviewed Kim Kardashian this summer, which I asked them about in this interview

because I had so many questions like how do you even approach interviewing someone like that,

especially on the topic of beauty.

But it's also really cool to me how Jen and Jess, like their podcasters,

and they understand new media, but they also have this background in legacy media.

So Jess is the current beauty director for Harper's Bizarre.

And Jen has a history of working at a ton of magazines as well as a beauty director.

So they're really fun.
