| 0:07.0 | In today's meditation we reflect on the three aspects of faith. |
| 0:12.0 | In whom do we believe? What do we believe? Why do we believe? |
| 0:16.6 | Let's begin in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. |
| 0:20.0 | Amen. Let's call to mind to all those that we've promised to pray for. |
| 0:25.0 | Faith is when you hold something to be true based on the testimony of God. |
| 0:30.0 | With this theological virtue, God tells the person something he couldn't have known on his own, |
| 0:37.0 | and that person makes the decision to accept what God says as accurate. |
| 0:41.0 | Faith is therefore the virtue that enables us to add God's |
| 0:46.4 | knowledge to our own. We can know what God has revealed to us and this |
| 0:50.9 | information radically changes our lives. |
| 0:55.0 | Many people are experiencing great anxiety about the uncertainty in the world. |
| 1:00.0 | We know, because God revealed it, that our true homeland is heaven and that we are just passing through in this life as pilgrims or travelers making their way home. |
| 1:10.0 | We have no lasting home here. While we are in the world, we try to add the greatest good, |
| 1:17.2 | but we long for our homeland heaven and look forward to arriving there. |
| 1:23.7 | That it is our whole man can only be known because Christ revealed it. |
| 1:28.0 | But this knowledge should change the way we live here. |
| 1:32.4 | Our Father who art in heaven, Halloween, hallow would be your name. |
| 1:34.8 | Thy kingdom come thy will be dawn on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our |
| 1:39.7 | daily bread and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us and lead |
| 1:46.0 | us not into temptation but deliver us from evil. |
