I hope you've all had a great week.

I haven't.

England went out of the World Cup yesterday and I am gutted. So thank you for all the

tweets I got yesterday laughing at me. But congratulations to France, congratulations to Croatia,

should be a cracking final. It's been an amazing World Cup, but no I won't be

tweeting about this or talking about this much more which I know some of you will be glad about.

And we're also still stuck in this bear market. God, it never seems to end, does it?

My first experience of one, learning from it.

But I do have something to distract you this week.

I have a read, actually this is a cracking interview.

This is with Toby Simpson from fetch.

AI and I do get approached a few times a week with people offer me guests and most of the

time I'm not really interested and I reject them but this one I was happy to do I was happy to meet with Toby I find the area of artificial intelligence

Really interesting I grew up on Terminator 2 with SkyNet taking over the world and I've seen the warnings from Elon Musk and Stephen Hawking and that this should be regulated and we need to be very careful with it.

So it was very interesting to meet Toby, somebody who knows a lot about this and to put some questions

to him.

We do talk about Fetch, do talk about the project, the world which they've created for autonomous

agents to be able to exchange value, but we also have a good half an hour at the end

talking about wider issues and concerns about AI and it's absolutely fascinating

especially as Toby comes from probably a much more positive angle than most of the films we will
