Today we're going to talk about what's going on again.

It's Thursday morning as I record this.

What, eight days after the insurrection at the United States Capitol and there's a lot going on

the president was impeached for the second time last night and after the 26 minute rant I went on last week discussing the events a week ago,

I figured I'd at least owe everybody a checkup as to where I am this week.

Again, a reminder, if you don't care about politics or you don't care about me and my takes, which is a completely

fair position to take because I'm just a bozo who lives in Austin, Texas, who's never worked in the government and you know any

sort of high-level political situation so I'm not an expert I'm just a person that reads a lot and tries to keep up with the news and

and that's it, that's who I am.

And you're subscribed to Mind of Micah so you must care at least a little bit about what's in my mind.

That being said, I'm not an expert, don't take this as gospel, it's my opinion.
