feeling at this time of year after January and all that new year energy,

I am probably not the only one feeling a little bit out of sorts, overwhelmed, and just

ready to rest. And so this episode is going to be all about resting well, because honestly,

I'm a little bit tired and I'm in need of it as much as anybody else. So as I record this today,

it's early February and January was was really, really busy for me. I did a recap post about

all of the things that fit into that month and it was a lot. A lot of the things were really good

and fun things. Like I went on a great date with my husband, but there was a lot of work. I had one of the things were really good and fun things. Like I went on a great date with my husband,

but there was a lot of work. I had one of the highest volume kind of months at work for,

you know, not high volume for a full-time person, but certainly high volume for a part-time person.

We track RVUs, which is like the way you look at metrics of how much clinical productivity

you have where I work. And I'm actually lucky enough to be somewhere that they're not really

scrutinized terribly, but I always keep an eye on them. And I noticed that January's were definitely

higher than they've been in a while and the highest I can remember since I've gone 60% time.

And I was on call for a week. We just were pretty busy.
