I have been getting, maybe you're in the same boat as me and everyone I know. I have been getting

way too anxious and worked up about the news. And it's not healthy. It's not productive. It's not a good way to live life.

And I'm often tempted just to give up. Just stop paying attention to anything. But that's not good

either because these things matter. So what do we do? The goal of this podcast is to take the news of the day, lean into the anxiety

and the pain and disappointment and whatever other emotion it causes, in today's case,
