Donald Trump has basically laid out his re-election strategy for 2020 and I think it's really important that we all figure this out.

Donald Trump is saying basically to white working class people that he gets it, that it's all about jobs.

It's not all about the economy necessarily.

White working class people are not invested in the stock market.

If the stock market goes down, not that big a deal.

But they are concerned about jobs.

And this is Trump's base.

And they get that the two things since Reaganism took over the United States essentially,

and no president, Republican or Democrat has yet rolled back Reaganism. We are still in that era of neoliberal free trade and that kind of stuff.

And Trump gets this, by the way, and the Democrats have been saying this forever.

And Trump is campaigning basically an old democratic talking

points, old progressive democratic positions. If you don't enforce your own

immigration laws within your own country or at least your own laws that have to do with

who's working where and when. If you don't enforce those laws, you're going to end up deluding

your labor force which is going to drive down wages. So Trump is positioning his anti-immigrant

rant, which was basically a racist rant, also as a jobs rant. And you can
