crying of children. It's this is this is this is the sound of America now, the crying of children,

children in detention, children in prison,

children in dog kennels, in cages where even the ceiling is made of chain-length fence just like

dog kills. This is the new policy of Donald Trump in order to promote his racist

base. Let's just call this exactly what this is.

This is an election strategy that has been put together

by Steve Miller and Jeff Sessions and Donald Trump and the racist base

within the Republican Party. The New York Times reporting this is from

immigration is the headline and you know it starts out with the whole thing about

immigration but I would add to this this is part of a larger racist package from the Trump administration

and the question I pose to you today is will this succeed

right there is There is clearly a white racist constituency. There is absolutely

no doubt about that. There's absolutely this white racist constituency and that constituency is a strong and historic part of what used to be the Democratic Party in the South

until the 1960s and has solidly been the Republican Party in the South

since the 1960s but it's not limited to the South. in the what these guys have been playing with fire for years and years you know the the

Nancy McLean's book Democracy and Chains is absolutely brilliant about this in the

last chapter she talks about how the efforts that the billionaires the right-wing billionaires and she specifically calls out Charles and David Koch,
