where you just give someone a little bit and then because they're just trying to get you to buy

their book. He wouldn't even, he told me not even to promote his app. I'm like,

as much as I know, because I'm now like a full workout person and I work out with him obviously. I learned so

relationship. We've known each other for so long. He's like a brother in a lot of ways, but he really,

he's very smart. I always forget he went to Columbia, which we talked about not my favorite school at this time,
