Yes, I'm Zach Blackerbie. He is Brian Smith. He hosts the portal,

Lockdowns Recruiting, Transfer Portal, and NIL podcast. Brian, we'll get your thoughts on the

addition of Rance Brown and what it means for Auburn's class, but we've got to get to how massive

of a weekend this is for Auburn recruiting and

Alex Goalish. And look, we're going to be able to say that for the next few weekends because

official visit weekends are now upon us. But there seems to be two names. There's a lot of talent,

but there's two names that keep sticking out to me because it does seem like Auburn is trending for them, Brian.

And I want to start with Isaac McNeil, the linebacker from Mobile, Alabama.

He plays at Weiger, four-star player, incredibly athletic, very instinctive.

I mean, just a heck of a football player.

Isaac McNeil, it seems like Auburn's in a really good spot for this kid. And it's the right program to be getting players from. Beiger is a program that has a chance to be in the state finals every year. They've got multiple kids that Auburn's after. We'll talk about another here in a little bit. And that's also a program that you just have to recruit every year if you're Aubur. Mobile is really important. As it relates to him as a player, he's a three-down backer. He can blitz. He can play the run and he can play the pass. It's 210, give or take, and he can really run sideline to sideline. I know I did it last time I talked to you about him, but he reminds me a little bit of X. Yes, please, and thank you. Yeah, like that's all I need to hear. And DJ Durkin's sales pitch to linebackers is like, hey, you can come play for me. Look and see what we did with X. I mean, look and see what he's done with every linebacker that step foot on

Auburn's campus that's put in the work and stayed here and chosen to be developed.

Linebackers get better at Auburn.

Simple as that.

And also, you're going to play no matter how old you are.

If you are good enough to be on the field right away, you will play right away.

Auburn's played a lot of guys early the last couple of years, not just linebacker, but on

defense in general.

I think that really is appealing.
