No, drunk driving has to do with the alcohol level in your bloodstream.

If on the way home you stop halfway, go into a bar and have five beers, you're probably going to blow

hot the rest of the drive home.

If instead you drive home and have two beers while you're driving. You will have a lower blood

alcohol content than if you stopped at the bar. But oh we'll let you stop at the bar.

Because the bar business has a lobby. The citizen doesn't. You're actually safer on the drive home.
