how brilliant and insightful and entertaining and wonderful it was, because my voice was so shot,

I sounded so ridiculous, I couldn't even listen to me. So that hour is in the garbage can,

unfortunately. But alas, my voice cleared up a little bit for the beginning of the second hour,

where we talked about a Supreme Court case that will be argued tomorrow.

And then we'll play our interview with Ken Kulkowski,

with everyone, mine and everyone else's questions about what's next,

with the pardoning of Hunter Biden.

And I was encouraged by, and we can all decide whether or not this is wise,

but there is still, I believe, based on what Ken said, some criminal liability to be, to be had, to be found in the name of justice.

So we talk about that next.

I want to take a moment right now to preview a Supreme Court argument that is coming up in the court tomorrow.

Tomorrow, the Supreme Court will hear the case, U.S. v. Skirmetti.

Jonathan Scermetti is the Attorney General for the great state of Tennessee. Now this all goes back to Matt Walsh.

Matt Walsh has been absolutely incredible on this issue of transgenderism, particularly transgender kids.

And Matt Walsh's efforts here have changed history. There's no doubt. He

investigated the genital and body mutilation that took place that was taking place at Vanderbilt.

Vanderbilt's the big college in Nashville. And through the investigation, they found that some

doctors at Vanderbilt were calling these

transgender surgeries on kids huge money makers.
