A lot of people don't actually ever watch me on video on YouTube and all of those different platforms where you get to see my face

in the face of the guests every week.

A lot of you are just listening to me in your ears and in your head.

And I first want to say I totally appreciate the fact that you're doing it that way and consuming

London Reel that way because I love listening to podcast.

I still regularly listen to Joe Rogan and Tim Ferris and the rest.

But I just want to give a shout out to you because we're busy over here doing a lot of things and sometimes we put it on YouTube,

we put it on Facebook and on Twitter and on Instagram and I forget to actually let you guys know and you ladies know that really are probably the

bulk of our consumption and support which is out there in the audio world.

So thank you so much if we forget about you sometimes.'s not intentional of course we're putting

out on two different medium so I just wanted to let you know that we have our life

accelerator program this week and this is something to be honest is really special to me and really near and dear to my heart.
