Welcome in to another this week in UNC baseball with head coach Scott Forbes. It is game week,

finally, Carolina, Indiana in Bostomer Stadium starting Friday at 4 p.m. That's Grace Nugent. I'm, of course,

Coach Forbes game week. Is it busy on game week,

or is it just another week with some games at the end of it? You know, I feel like it's never

just another week when it's opening, you know, day. There's, there's, uh, Coach Fox used to always

say that was way back even in North Carolina, Westland, try to keep this feeling all year.

You know, just the excitement of the week.

We practice this August 18th.

You know, baseball is unique from that standpoint.

We train, train, train, scrimmage, scrimmage, scrimmage,

go on for Christmas break, come back and do the same thing,

and you probably get to play somebody else.

I'm excited too because we're one team instead of playing each other the whole time.

You know, I only have to coach third for one team.

Coach Gaines only has to call pitches for one team.

I remember being a pitching coach, you're exhausted after scrimmages because of calling the game for both sides.

So we're excited about that.

We're excited for our guys.

It is busy.

Really, it's busier just from the standpoint from the head coach and just standpoint,

meeting with Dave and Carter and Daniel, just making sure everybody that, you know, former players, supporters,
