Welcome to the busted open podcast. This is Dave LaGracca. On today's episode,

the world's strongest man, WWE Hall of Famer, a world champion in not one, not two,

but three different sports Mark Henry and I talk about the week that was in pro wrestling,

especially impact wrestling from last night. Also, we get into AEW with the chairman himself,

showing spears right now on the busted open podcast.

When you talk about surprises and shocks, we saw that at Slama Versailles this past Saturday

last night we had the first impact since Slama Versailles and I'm excited. First of all,

Jay White shows up after the Sammy Callahan Kenny Omega main event at Slama Versailles showed up

again last night at impact wrestling and man, it's leading to something big because Jay White

is saying, hey, I don't good brothers at Kenny Omega. I don't know what club you belong to,

but it's not the bullet club. So I think there's going to be a showdown between the elite and the

bullet club brewing and you're starting to see that across the board with New Japan AEW and

impact wrestling. We saw Mickey James show up on Saturday. She showed up again on impact. She

extended the offer to Deanna Parazo to be part of that NWA Empower pay-per-view that's

happening at the end of August. Deanna Parazo not accepting until Gail Kim came out,

who was a guest with us yesterday here on Busted Open and then Deanna Parazo accepted. So now

you're seeing that relationship between impact and the NWA and then on a sad note,

Kiero Hogan and Tasha Steele's lose again last night and it looks like we've seen the end of fire

and flavor. Kiero can make any announcement yesterday that she is now done with impact wrestling.
