Hey everybody welcome to a special edition of the this week in Marvel

podcast I am Ben Morse associate editor of Marvel.com along with

associate producer Blake Garris and we are joined by the band

Harvard who's in town for a tour. Introduce yourself guys. I'm Jason. I'm Garrett. I'm Tim. I'm Lee. I'm Jesse.

So you're in town you're playing the Bowery Electric. We talked earlier. How's the tour going?

Tour's been going really good.

This runner show's got put together very quickly right at the end of our last tour

and we did something that's kind of unheard of and we just took

three Charlotte local bands like two other local bands from another town and we're doing

East Coast Midwest and there have been like upwards of

like 50 people at every show everyone knows who everyone is and like they're

really excited to be there so I'm calling it a complete success and that idea

that like there's no like national tour any acts on this but we're going and playing

shows for people who want to be at shows so.

And we get to play with you know our friends from our local scene which is fun every night.

It's pretty awesome and it's also awesome being able to bring them to the crowds that we have and show off the music

that we appreciate our friends are doing.

What's it like being on, I guess you're one of the recent signings to Equal Vision like what's it like being on a label like that?

It's pretty awesome. We haven't released a record yet on Equivision, but we're getting close.

So once we have a release cycle done, we're able to answer it more.

But so far, all the staff at Equivision is tremendously amazing, they're great people they're down to earth and we

click with them very well so we're looking forward to it.
