Well, welcome everybody to the very special edition of This Weekendium featuring my co-host,

the one and only green chicken himself, do you work? Hi mate, how are you?

Grant, I'm doing great, how are you? Very, very well, very excited for this conversation,

I have to say. We have three guests joining us shortly. Each of them is brilliant in their own

right and say three guests, one of them is you. For each of them is brilliant, they're

over right. We are being joined by our mutual friend Luke Grommon, of Forest for the Trees,

and also the brilliant Marco Pappic of Clock Tower Group out in Santa Monica. And the genesis

of this has been an awful lot of back and forth that we've seen on Twitter and the media,

and Fin Twitt, all about Europe and the insane energy policies going on over there,

something about which you've written so brilliantly a couple of times in recent months.

So, you know, it just felt like it was time to try and get three very diverse opinions together

and see if we can thrash out some semblance of what the hell's going on doing.

Yeah, no, it was a really fantastic discussion and unique form. And as you say,

Marco sort of had a different viewpoint that perhaps the top was in as far as the crisis in

Europe. And then on the sort of more doomy side was me and I would put Luke sort of closer to

Bloomberg, but still on the side of more pain to come for Europe. But it was a classic example

of, I think, intelligent people agreeing politely and making some solid points. And you,
