His understaffed, under-financed and independent team, Braun Grompry, won the Formula 1 World Championship,

taking on the biggest titans of the industry, all after purchasing the team for just £1.

The series goes behind the scenes of this Formula 1 fairytale with the people who were there on the track,

in the garage and in the boardroom giving their own accounts of this miraculous year.

With access to the Formula 1 archives, much of it previously unseen,

this series brings you along for the ride to victory, led by British Formula 1 driver Jensen Button and Ross Braun.

I remember that season so well, how the team turned up at pre-season testing and set a stunning lap time.

Their incredible start to the year and the tense race in Brazil where Jensen won the title.
