Our two great classes, one in Virginia, one in West Virginia on my way home

having thoughts deep in thought on my drive back trying to make it to a kid's

perfect part of her.

I have that at least.

And you know, I commonly see something and observe something at the end of class that I thought was interesting.

And it dawned to me that a lot of people have a misconception about the training that we do.

Yes, we're a company founded on interdiction style proactivity.

However, the training program itself has become so universal.

There's a reason why several agencies in New Jersey send people over and over and over again.

This is not a sales pitch.

This is if you're on the fence, if is something for you and the answer is more than likely you're going to find value

An extreme value in the training

I'll hear at the end of class will have supervisors, chiefs,

captains, colonels will say everybody's coming to this training. They're not

picking the one or two people that want to go out and do the proactive work.

The phrase

I commonly here is we're putting everybody through. We have 60 guys

I gotta get through this training. We have 40 guys who gotta get through this

training. The reason is because we're giving you the foundational pieces that you need to function safely and legally and smartly and wisely as a police officer.
