Hey there and welcome to today's episode of the Manifest Podcast.

Today's episode is a little bit short and sweet because I wanted to offer some motivation.

For those of you that ever second-guess yourself or get in your own way or perhaps a stuck

in a little bit of a cycle of self-sabotage, I want to offer this very quick motivational

piece as a way to navigate the emotional shit storm that can sometimes come into our lives

when we least expect it.

And I want to remind you that you are a spiritual being having a physical experience.

And the words that are on my heart right now for whatever you're going through is this.

This too shall pass.

This too shall pass.

And it's a reminder that life is seasonal and no matter what you are currently experiencing,

you will get through this.

And that most people tend to forget that the times where the lessons are unfolding can

alchemize themselves into blessings.

And those blessings are your success story.

And that if you are experiencing tribulations, trials, tests from the universe that your

patience is being tested, that your faith is even being tested, that it's in these moments

where we rise above with a new perspective of awareness that we remember our power,

that you have the power to create your own reality and get through anything because you are

a resilient soul.

There's this energy that happens when we transmute our pain into power with a sense of perspective

where we don't feel so powerless, where we know and we trust that we can ride out the storm,
