It says goal number two study plan and implement best practices in school safety to provide

the most safe and secure schools possible. Okay. Item number three to Umbul ISD teachers.

There is a disproportionate number of African American students that are suspended,

open parent in school or out of school close parent compared to Hispanic and white student

populations. AMS must use culturally responsive discussions among staff to reflect upon our

perspectives and resulting responses. Plus our discipline processes that may be disproportionately

impacting African American students. Well, let me ask you this. Do you think that the policies of

the MBA are disproportionately affecting whites because they're hardly any whites left in the NBA?

Is the NBA's practice of choosing players who can perform at the highest level,

hurting white players? Yeah because the black players are better.

So would you say these policies are disproportionately affecting the white players

so don't put black players on your team, put white players on your team.

When you say more black kids given their size of population are being suspended than white kids,

do you ever stop to ask, well, what are the black kids doing?

Anybody ever ask that? Because by the way, by every crime measure,

every crime affects blacks more than whites as conducted by blacks.

So what we've done on the back end is say, well, only reason all these black kids are getting in

trouble is because the teachers and administrators are out to get them. Well, maybe,
