Today's conversation is actually a recording of a Zoom discussion that I got to have.

It really felt like a privilege with one of the young women, one of the young track athletes,

who's going through the legal battle to protect her sport and her mother,

and one of their attorneys from Alliance Defending Freedom.

Now, Alliance Defending Freedom is representing them. These four Connecticut female athletes,

their legal challenge was dismissed by a Federal District Court.

This is a legal challenge to the Connecticut Inter-Skallastic Athletic Conference,

which has a policy that allows per ADF biological males who identify as female

female males who compete in girls' athletic events.

Our guests today have been obviously directly affected by this.

This case is called Solv, the Connecticut ADF filed a Notice of Appeal on Wednesday.

They're challenging the policy before the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
