You know, a lot of young people are using AI, and there's

concern this could result in a decline in critical thinking skills. In a minute, we'll talk with a

UW PhD student about a game she designed to help kids think critically about AI. But first,

Music think critically about AI. But first, let's get you caught up. The Seattle City Council is set to vote on a proposal that would increase penalties for

graffiti today. The measure passed out of the Public Safety Committee last week. Under the

proposal, graffiti taggers who caused property damage could pay a $1,500 fine.

They could also be made to reimburse for costs to remove the paint.

The city says it spent $6 million tax dollars in 2024,

cleaning up nearly 29,000 instances of graffiti vandalism.

The meeting starts at two. County leaders will be on hand

to help minority veterans of America open a new first-of-its-kind community center today. The space in

King County is designed to support the needs of underserved veterans and their families. Services

will include case management, financial support, workforce training,

and education. Minority Veterans of America is a nonprofit that worked to support women, BIPOC, and
