I saw a stat in the years following the inaugural college football playoff back in 2014.

The eventual national champion was ranked in the top three of the second CFP rankings,

which means champ's going to be Ohio State, Indiana, or A&M.

I would just take OSU and A&M.

I just think those three teams have separated themselves from everybody else.
