So we've got two companies under the umbrella of raising capital.

And I think it's accurate to say you are horrified by one of these moves and you are excited

about the other.

Let's start with the horror movie first.

Shares of SVB financial group are down 45% today as you and I are having this conversation.

This is a company formerly known as Silicon Valley Bank.

What is happening that is sending the stock down to this much in a single day?

Nothing good.

And quite often, of course, when you see a stock just get taken behind the wood shed,

the first question is, is this a buying opportunity?

I'm going to humbly suggest this is not a buying opportunity and you might want to give

this one some thought.
