Well, hey there, Precaptan. Welcome to a very special episode of I just recorded an entire thing and it crashed. So now I'm going to ad lib my point from that episode and maybe that'll end up being better. This episode is political. But it's not trying to be political in any singular direction. It's trying to give

what I think might be stoic advice about the upcoming election season in the U.S.

Now, you might be saying, as a U.S. citizen, wait a minute, didn't we just get through that?

Aren't we not in the election cycle for another year? Yeah, technically, that's true. But I have a

feeling that this particular election, as seems to be the case with every single one, is going to be

very contentious. So I want to talk about change. In fact, today's meditation is about change. It was

supposed to be about change. And since I don't feel like rereading my

entire script, I will tell you what the meditation was, and then we'll go from there. It was meditation

42 from book four, and it read, it is no evil for things to undergo change, and it is no good for

things to subsist in consequence of change. In other words, change is

necessary, and you shouldn't stand in the way of it when it shows up at your door. Now, some of you

are hearing me say that and thinking, oh, I know what Angle Tanner's coming at us at. You're

probably wrong, but we are going to talk about change in politics today.
