Yeah, I'm alright, man.

Yeah, how to even sum it up.

Yeah, like a lot of friends, from a different background, some countries that are really going

through it at the moment, and just sort of checking in and making sure they're okay,

and then just bring up memories of things my own family went through.

Yeah.

Family from the north of Uganda, we experience like a lot, and so really just spent the last

few days, kind of like sort of all of that, yeah, it's been a lot, and I know we're

a football podcast, but you also think the listeners are kind of a community, so you have

a situation where you're trying to create like a sort of a space of release from this,

I think a release from a release from the real world, but you know, this is a week

where the real world really intervened.

Yeah, they tack in Israel and they continued to siege and bombardment in Gaza, and we were

talking before about Sudan, yeah, before we came to what air as well, and the situation

in Azerbaijan and Armenia, you know, and multiple of the things, that's the thing.

I think there's a thing that's felt this week is just that a real kind of moment when

you kind of stop and you look at what it unleashes, you know, the deep, the people using

certain things to display kind of anti-Semitism or Islamophobia, and you are far more qualified
