| 0:14.2 | On August 1st, 2019, Universal officially announced that they would be building their third theme park, Epic Universe, |
| 0:21.6 | on the recently purchased land near the Orange County Convention Center. |
| 0:25.6 | Technically fourth, if we think about Volcano Bay, because they call that a theme park. |

| 0:31.6 | Now, August 2nd, 2013 saw Phase 2 of Universal Studios Florida's Springfield expansion open and this included Lardland Donuts, Duff Gardens, and Bumblebee Man's Taco Truck. |

| 0:52.3 | A new hotel next, as on August 16, 2018, the Lowe's Aventura Hotel opened. |
