places, four different places on, I'm going to write this in the show notes as well, but Rue

Emilio Castellar, and he's got a whiskey shop.

He's got a cafe I used to go to all the time.

He's got a bistronomique restaurant and a brand new sandwich shop.

And I basically, I saw him building one of these with his hands and I already knew him from the cafe

but I got talking to him and realized how much sort of creativity went into opening four places

on one street in the 12th Aaron Desmont and I invite him in the studio to hear the full story.
