I'm Stihull, I'm delighted to be joined by Danny Smith and by Les Wright.

Danny's been a while since you come in, I'm sure people will recognize or remember your name.

You obviously had the incident in Paris in 22, obviously where you suffered pretty serious injuries really after what was an attack with a hammer, unfortunately.

And I know you came in a few months ago now really and a little update on where you were up to and how you were doing but

nice to catch you up see how you're getting on again and obviously towards later on the show guys

some some fundraising activities and also some fun stuff that you guys can get involved in as well

but how are you doing dan how's things going good everything's really good today. Last time I come in. I was still on crutches, I think. Good. After that, I went and got therapy from the Hillsborough's Alliance, so if anyone needs any support, from the HSA, from Paris or the parade incident. You're the year to provide free therapy so yeah good so

went with them then I started trying to be a psychotherapist two years ago come

to the end of my second year now yeah yeah turning a bit of a negative into some

a little bit of a positive it's fair to say yeah I'm really glad that you're on the

mind you look well you look a bit more a smile and your face away despite the the reds we can avoid that a little bit and les i'll come to you obviously you were last time we were in as well we were talking about like some of the fundraising activities we did the the night at anfield which went really really well i really enjoyed it i made a fool of myself by not knowing who how a gale was and red men people will have seen that video. That was horrendous. But other than that, it went okay.

But we continue, obviously, as a fan base, to rally around our friends and stuff, Les. And we're doing a little bit more, aren't we? And trying to get more funds and more, yeah, just a bit more in terms of exposure for what Danny's been through and also how we can all help gone forwards. Yeah, so we should just go back to those sort of those stages of Danny's recovery, if you want to call it that.

physio which was which was gratefully received by from provided by LFC and then

it's okay what are Danny's interest how we're going to develop this so he wanted

to go along the mental health route and to have this big event and I feel like you're referred to

and we raised you know a fair few a few pound there which then managed to fund Danny's first two years

of his of his psychotherapy course so obviously this is now the final year we

couldn't leave things undone so if that right okay we got past the first two years

he's almost completed his course year three what are we gonna do and that was okay
