0:41.2	Just the idea of hearing my voice on the podcast on a replay or if I hear it again, it makes

0:49.4	Or maybe you're concerned what your aunt's best friend's sister's neighbor's mailman

0:55.9	Or maybe you're worried that you'll make a mistake that the world could see or that
1:00.4	somebody will have a negative opinion about you.
1:03.4	All of those things are feelings.
1:06.4	That's what you feel or that's what you think or that you worry about.
1:10.7	But I want to ask you, are those facts?
1:14.2	Because feelings and facts are different.
1:18.4	Feelings are thoughts.
1:21.2	You get to choose your thoughts and thoughts lead to feelings.
