Hey, friend. Welcome back to another episode of the Jasmine star show. I'm not one for

small talk, so let's dive in. I'm going to start off with a little bit of story. So put

yourselves in the seat of a gray Range Rover driving through Lansing, Michigan, coming by way

of Grand Rapids, and we're heading to the shore. So JD and I, we were driving with the windows

down in the air was sticky as we laughed our way past cornfields. Cornfields, y'all, this California

girl, I have never seen so many cornfields as I have in Michigan. Now, if you're from Michigan

and you don't think there's a lot of cornfields, y'all have way more cornfields than we do in

California. So JD, he's my husband and business partner. We were in Grand Rapids visiting friends

and they insisted, y'all, let's go and take a dip in Lake Michigan. All right, okay. So we packed

up their car and we listened to terrible nighties pop music. Come on. Who doesn't love a little bit

of terrible nighties music? And then we made our way to the shore. By the time we arrived, I had

successfully talked to myself out of swimming in the lake, okay? Because I went in and was like,

I'm going to have adventure. I'm going to be the person I always dreamed about being as a kid.

And then all of a sudden I was like, oh, no, fish scare me. I just washed my hair. Water is wet.

There are rocks, okay? Like I came up with a thousand excuses. And so I told my friends, hey guys,

I'm going to be the judge and y'all go into a handstand competition. And then they did. JD

rolled his eyes and he's like, yeah, try living with my wife. This is this is what she is. She's

the manager and she's the judge. Jasmine just likes to make up the rules. And I was like, yo, y'all

love me for it. So they all dove headfirst into the icy water. It felt like it was a bath of

just ice cubes. So 20 minutes later, we're all sitting down at the rocks and we're trying to warm

ourselves. Well, except me. I wasn't trying to warm myself because I wasn't wet. And then JD looked
